Dear valued clients and customers,
After much consideration, I have made the difficult decision to step down from my position as the Chief Financial Officer of the Impact Travel Group. This decision was not an easy one, however as we set out to create the Impact Travel Group during so much disruption in the travel industry, I had set myself a goal to finalise the group structure, set up the foundations for success and then ultimately hand over the reins.
The time to hand over the reins has now arrived after successfully finalising our first seed fundraising round and I will be forever grateful to our amazing investors who have bought into our vision and continue to support us so passionately.
My family welcomed our little girl during Covid and I am now going to spend some quality time with my wife and little girl while we reflect on the past years and what our next calling will be.
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such a dynamic and dedicated team at Impact Travel Group. It has been a privilege to work alongside such talented individuals, and I am proud of the accomplishments we have achieved together.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our clients and customers for their trust and support during my time at Impact Travel Group. It has been an honour to serve you and to work towards creating impactful travel experiences.
My departure will be effective from 31st March 2023 and I look forward to a smooth transition for my successor Ross Pownall who I am currently bringing up to speed. I am confident that Impact Travel Group will continue to thrive and succeed in the years to come.
