We are welcoming two new members to our Board of Directors; Neel Sachdev and Mike Harding.
Neel will serve as the Chairman of the board, and Mike will be a Non-Executive Director.

Neel Sachdev has been a partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP for 17 years. Neel represents financial sponsors and their affiliates on the financing of multi-jurisdictional leveraged buyouts and other complex financing transactions in Europe, the U.S. and Asia. He has been a leading legal advisor to private equity firms for over 20 years. Neel lives in central London with his wife and children.
Mike has spent a long career focused on helping companies at all stages – startups, scale-ups and legacy players – capture the full benefit of digital business opportunities. He’s worked as a partner in a leading consulting firm, an independent board-level advisor and Non-Executive Director, the CEO and Chair of a leading technology research company, and a founding partner in a digital incubator investing in, and accelerating, digital-focused companies. He was a leading contributor to the UK Kalifa review of Fintech in 2021. Mike holds a degree in Mathematics and Computing from Kings College, Cambridge and lives with his wife in West Sussex, England.
